What comes with a job at Digiovations: paid time to learn, £500 a year for Microsoft exams and learning materials, and 33 days' holiday.
- One paid study day a month. Use it for Microsoft Learn paths, exam preparation and Microsoft Applied Skills credentials. Apprentices have a protected training day every week instead.
- £500 a year for learning. It covers Microsoft certification exams, resits and learning materials.
- The AI tools we build with. Claude Code and Cursor for development, a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence for everyday work, and Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio on client and product builds.
- Help to speak and write. We support you to speak at user groups and community events, and to write about what you build. The founder does both as a Microsoft MVP.
25 days' paid annual leave, plus the 8 public and bank holidays normally observed in England and Wales. That is 33 days in total.
- No training cost to you. The training is delivered by our apprenticeship training provider.
- One protected day a week for off-the-job training. The rest of the week is client and product work.
- A route into a permanent role. On successful completion, with the option to progress to a Level 5 or Level 6 apprenticeship.

Who these benefits cover
These benefits are for people we employ. Apprentices have a protected training day every week in place of the monthly study day. Associates contract through their own limited company and agree terms for each engagement.
