We build healthcare software as a regulated activity, not a normal app project with NHS branding. Our own DigiCareCloud remote monitoring platform runs on Azure Health Data Services with FHIR R4 and DICOM interoperability and is aligned to NHS DTAC across clinical safety, data protection, technical assurance, interoperability and usability. Clinical safety sign-off sits with qualified clinical safety officers, not with developers, and we structure delivery so your DCB0160 obligations are supported with real evidence rather than paperwork written after the fact. Do you have experience with DTAC and DCB0129?
Yes. Our own DigiCareCloud platform is aligned to NHS DTAC across all five sections, and we build client systems with DCB0129 hazard logs and clinical safety documentation from the start. Clinical safety sign-off always sits with a qualified Clinical Safety Officer, and we flag early in a project where one needs to be engaged.
Can you integrate with our existing NHS systems?
That is usually the core of the work. We build HL7 v2 and FHIR R4 interfaces to EPRs, PAS and third-party clinical systems, and DICOM pipelines for imaging, using Azure Health Data Services. We start by mapping what your systems already expose rather than assuming a greenfield.
Where does patient data live?
In UK Azure regions, in a tenant your organisation controls or contracts. Patient data is never used to train AI models, and where AI processing is involved we use commercial API terms with contractual no-training guarantees and support the DPIA that setting requires.
