£499 plus VAT, delivered inside a week
The AI Opportunity Report
One call about how your business actually runs. Then a written answer: where AI pays, what it would cost, what to do first and what to leave alone.
A report you can act on
You have probably had the AI conversation already. A workshop, a strategy document, a consultancy. Then nothing was delivered. The report works the other way round: a small fixed ask, a written answer, and working software only if you read the answer and agree with it.
- Where AI pays in your business, and where it does not
- What it would cost, with real numbers rather than ranges
- What to do first, and what to leave alone
- A recommendation written to be built from, not filed
How it works
The call
We ring you within one working day to arrange it. One call, usually under an hour, about how your business actually runs: your systems, your data, the jobs that eat the week.
The report
Written and delivered inside a week. You get it whichever way the answer goes, including when the answer is not yet.
Your decision
Nothing happens next unless you choose it. If you want the recommendation built, the ten day build is £10,000 plus VAT, and ordering within 30 days takes the £499 off the price.
Not sure the timing is right? Take the free AI readiness checklist first. Ten questions, five minutes, a score out of thirty, and if the honest answer is not yet, it will say so.
If the blocker is that nobody can say how you govern AI, that is a different question and it has its own starting point: AI governance.

Common questions
What is an AI Opportunity Report?
An AI Opportunity Report is a short written assessment of where AI would genuinely pay in one specific business. It is built from one call about how the business actually runs, and it sets out where AI earns its keep, what it would cost, what to do first and what to leave alone. It is a written answer, not a workshop, a slide deck or a sales pitch.
What does it cost, and what does that include?
It is £499 plus VAT, fixed. That includes the call, the written report delivered inside a week, and a follow-up conversation to talk it through. There is nothing else to buy for the report to be useful.
What if the answer is that AI is not worth it for us yet?
Then the report says so, in writing, with the reasons and the order in which to fix the foundations first. You get the report whichever way the answer goes. We would rather tell you not to spend than sell you something that will not work.
How is this different from the free readiness checklist?
The checklist asks every business the same ten questions and gives you a score for where you stand. The report is the specific version: your systems, your processes, your numbers. The score tells you whether to think about AI; the report tells you exactly what to do about it.
What happens after the report?
That is your call. Most readers either fix a foundation the report identified, or order the ten day build: one process from the report running in production, on your data, in your environment, for £10,000 plus VAT. Order it within 30 days of the report and the £499 is credited in full.
