Power Automate Consultancy
Kill the manual work. Keep the people.

Every organisation runs on invisible manual processes: chasing approvals by email, rekeying data between systems, copying attachments into folders, compiling the same report every Monday. Power Automate eliminates that work using the Microsoft licensing you already pay for.
We start with a process audit, automate the highest-value workflows first, and leave you with documented, supportable flows, not a tangle of personal automations that break when someone leaves.
What We Deliver
- Approval workflows: purchase orders, leave, document sign-off, gateway reviews
- Document processing with AI Builder: invoices, forms, contracts extracted automatically
- System-to-system integration flows across SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and external APIs
- Robotic process automation (RPA) with Power Automate Desktop for legacy applications
- Scheduled reporting and data consolidation flows
- Flow governance: environments, DLP policies, error handling, and ownership models

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Microsoft Power Automate?
Power Automate is Microsoft's workflow automation platform. It connects the systems you already run and moves work between them without somebody copying, chasing or re-keying: approvals, document processing, notifications and scheduled reporting. Flows run in the cloud, and Power Automate Desktop can drive an older application that has no API at all.
What can Power Automate actually automate?
Anything with a repeatable rule: approval chains, document routing, data entry between systems, email triage, report compilation, onboarding checklists, invoice processing. If a person does it the same way every time in Microsoft 365, a flow can almost certainly do it instead.
How much does a Power Automate consultant cost?
Our quick-wins engagement (a process audit plus your three best automation candidates built and deployed) starts at £3,500. Larger end-to-end process automation projects typically run £12,000-£25,000. Most clients see the investment repaid in saved staff hours within months.
Is Power Automate included in Microsoft 365?
Flows using standard connectors are included in most Microsoft 365 plans. Premium connectors, RPA, and AI Builder document processing need additional licences. We design to your existing licensing wherever possible and tell you the exact cost when premium features genuinely earn their keep.
What happens when a flow breaks?
Flows we build ship with error handling, retry logic, and failure alerting as standard, plus documentation and a named owner. We also offer support arrangements, and we untangle and harden existing self-built flows that have become business-critical.
