AI and Automation Apprentice
Build what's next. Transform what's now. A Level 4 apprenticeship working alongside the founder on real client engagements and our own products, using Claude Code, Cursor and the Microsoft AI stack.
We are hiring an AI and Automation Apprentice to work alongside the founder on real client engagements and our own products. You will spend time building AI-powered applications and automating client operations across the Microsoft Azure and M365 stacks. Modern AI tooling sits at the heart of how we deliver, from Claude Code and Cursor through to Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.

The role is hybrid with two days in our Southwell office and three days remote, one of which will be for the training day.
The role is structured around the Level 4 AI and Automation Practitioner standard. You will spend one protected day each week on apprenticeship study, with the remaining four days on client and product work.
