AI, actually delivered
Start with a report, not a programme.
£499 buys a written answer on where AI pays in your business, inside a week. If it is worth building, the Ten Day Build makes it real. Prices exclude VAT.
Or call 0115 678 7550 and speak to the person who would do the work.

How it works
A report you can act on. Then the thing itself.
You have probably had the AI conversation already. A workshop, a strategy document, a consultancy. Then nothing arrived. We work differently. You know your business, so we work with you to find the problems worth solving. The report gives you the answer in writing. The build only starts when you have read it and agreed with it.
AI Readiness Checklist
Five minutes, a score, and a plain reading of what it means. Answered on this site, scored the moment you finish.
First name and email to start, phone optional. Leave a number and we ring once to talk the score through.
AI Opportunity Report
One call, then a written report inside a week: where AI pays in your business, what it would cost, what to do first and what to leave alone.
The report is yours to keep, and yours to act on with whoever you choose. Even when the answer is not yet.
Ten Day Build
Ten working days. One feature from the report, running on your data in your environment, with the error handling and security that separate a solution from a demo.
Your code, your infrastructure. Order within 30 days and the report cost comes off the price.
Run and Hold
Once it is live, someone has to keep it that way. We monitor it, fix what breaks, make the small changes your team asks for, and review what it can access as people join and leave. Six month minimum.
Start it at handover or later. Nothing is bundled in without you asking for it.
The ten day build
What a fixed price actually buys.
Ten working days, step by step, including the parts we refuse to do.
Day 1
One process, frozen
We agree what gets delivered and what does not. A build that tries to fix three things fixes none.
Day 2
Access and licences
Access, permissions, where your data lives, what the licence allows. The dullest day and the one that sinks most projects.
Days 3 and 4
The first working version
The smallest version that does real work on your real data, in your environment. Not a demo, not sample data.
Day 5
First review gate
You see it working and tell us where it is wrong. Halfway is early enough to change direction and still finish.
Days 6 and 7
Make it survive
Error handling, logging, monitoring, retries. The unglamorous half is most of the difference.
Day 8
Security review
What it can see, what it logs, who can reach it. Reviewed against the bar we apply to public sector work.
Day 9
The people part
We sit and work with the team who will use it. Software nobody adopts is a cost, not an asset.
Day 10
Handover
Running in your own environment. Your code, your infrastructure, your data. Documented for someone else to pick up.
What we do not do
Four honest limits.
This section took longer to write than the rest of the page.
- We do not run a discovery phase billed by the month.
- We do not promise an efficiency percentage we cannot evidence.
- We do not build three features in ten days.
- We do not take the work if the process is the wrong one to automate.

Why us
Twenty years of other people’s critical systems.
NHS, policing and local government, then enterprise. We build everything end to end, from the cloud infrastructure to the app on the phone. We are based in Southwell and we work across Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Lincoln, and the rest of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire.
We work in Microsoft and in Claude, and we will tell you which one your problem belongs to. Not many firms in the region can say both.
We ship. Nottingham’s Gloworm Festival app went from concept to both app stores in four weeks, and Vault Training Club is live on the App Store.
