Low Code Development
The Microsoft Power Platform provides a low-code, fast, and flexible platform to automate processes, build custom apps, and connect to other data sources. With its intuitive interface, it empowers teams to quickly create, modify and deploy custom solutions.
Enhanced Collaboration
Microsoft 365 offers a comprehensive suite of tools for communication, collaboration, and productivity, allowing your team to work seamlessly from anywhere, on any device. Whether it’s email, chat, file sharing, or project management.
Transform your Operations
By combining the low code power of Power Platform and Microsoft 365, we help organisations like yours drive workforce transformation and achieve their goals. Let us help you take your operations to the next level.

Power PAGES – Connecting Off-the-Shelf SaaS with On-Premises
Many public sector bodies use cloud SaaS solutions (like a CRM, or Office 365) alongside on-premises databases. We bridge these environments. Using Power Pages we can create secure portals using APIs and connectors, we’ll ensure your cloud applications can retrieve data from or push data to your on-site servers securely, respecting firewalls and security protocols.
Power BI – Centralised Data Hubs
Using PowerBI & Fabric we can set up a data warehouse or a consolidated database that receives inputs from multiple systems. For instance, a police force might have separate systems for crime reporting, intelligence, and HR. Through integration, key data from each might feed into a central analytics database or dashboard. This unified view enables better decision-making (e.g., correlating data across systems to spot trends).

Copilot STUDIO – Real-Time Alerts and Transactions.
Integration isn’t just batch data import/export. We build real-time or near-real-time integrations. One example: when a citizen submits a form on a website, using Copilot Studio we can build an AI based intelligence bot with integration that can instantly create a record in a back-end system (CRM or case system) and also log an entry in another system like an ERP if a payment is involved. No manual intervention needed.
Power Automate – Departmental System Data Sharing
Perhaps your social services system and your NHS systems need to exchange data for integrated care. We implement data integration so that, for example, a hospital discharge system can automatically send a notification and relevant data to the council’s social care system. This could involve standard data formats like FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) in health and secure APIs to local government systems. The result is cross-sector interoperability – critical information doesn’t fall through the cracks between organizations.

Power Apps – Legacy to Low-Code App Integration
You want to deploy a new low-code app (say, a mobile inspection app) but need it to read and write data from a legacy database. We create a secure connection – for instance, using an on-premises data gateway – so the Power App can pull data from and push data to your legacy system seamlessly. Users experience a modern app, while behind the scenes it’s updating your old system in real time.
improve collaboration
Different teams or agencies can work together more effectively when their systems share information. A practical win: a police unit and a council community safety team can share certain data securely, enabling a coordinated response to local issues.
reduce duplication and errors
Integrated systems mean data is entered once and reflected everywhere needed. No more inconsistent records across departments.
get better insights
When data flows into a common stream, you can use analytics (see our Data & AI services) to get a holistic picture. For example, a joined-up view of a citizen’s interactions with various services can help identify needs and improve service delivery.
